How do I place an order?
We take all orders via our website. Please have a look at our online shop, here you’ll be able to view our available products and place your order.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Manchester, Stockport, Trafford and Salford. Postcodes that we deliver to are as follows:

What days do you deliver?
We offer delivery Monday to Saturday. You’re able to select any of these days for delivery when you’re going through the checkout. With notice we may be able to offer delivery on a Sunday. Please contact us via the form below to enquire.
What time will my order be delivered?
We deliver between 10am and 5pm, with the majority of orders delivered before 2pm. We cover a large delivery area so it isn’t possible for us to guarantee exact delivery times but if you’re aware that the recipient isn’t going to be home at a certain time e.g. between 10am and 11am, please let us know in the additional comments box and we’ll try to accommodate. These hours may be extended at peak times such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
What if the recipient isn’t home when you try to deliver?
If you provided details of a dry safe place the order can be left when going through the checkout, we’ll leave it there. If not, we'll try to leave it with a neighbour and we'll post a card through the recipients’ letter box to let them know where we've left it. If neither of these are possible, we’ll attempt to redeliver later in the day. We ask for the contact number of the recipient to be provided when ordering, please ensure that the number given is that of the recipient in case we need to contact them directly to arrange redelivery.
Can I collect my order?
No, at the moment we only offer delivery.
