What days do you deliver?
We offer delivery Monday to Saturday. You’re able to select any of these days for delivery when you’re going through the checkout.
Why isn’t my preferred delivery date available?
Our checkout calendar is always up to date with our latest availability. If a specific date can’t be selected, it means we’re either fully booked or closed on that day.
What time will my order be delivered?
Our standard delivery times are between 10am and 5pm, and your order will be delivered within this window. As we cover a large delivery area, we’re unable to provide a more specific delivery time within these hours.
If you have selected and paid for Priority Morning Delivery, your order will be delivered before 12pm. Priority Morning Delivery is the only option where we guarantee delivery within a specific time period.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during particularly busy periods, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
Why do we ask for the recipient’s contact number?
During checkout, we’ll ask you to provide a contact number for the recipient. Don’t worry - we won’t call them in advance and spoil the surprise. This number simply helps us make sure your flowers are delivered successfully on your chosen date. For example, access to flats or apartments isn’t always straightforward, as buzzers or intercom systems don’t always work. In these cases, we may need to contact the recipient when we arrive to gain access and complete the delivery. If the recipient isn’t home and there’s no safe place or neighbour to leave the order with, we may also use the number to arrange a redelivery. This helps ensure they receive their flowers as quickly as possible.
What if the recipient isn’t home when we try to deliver?
If you’ve provided details of a safe, dry place during checkout, we’ll leave the order there. If not, we’ll try to leave it with a neighbour and post a card through the recipient’s letterbox to let them know where it’s been left. If neither option is possible, we’ll attempt redelivery later the same day.
Will I be notified once my order has been delivered?
Yes, shortly after your order has been delivered, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know.
